Due to travel bans, extended spring breaks and other issues caused by the Coronavirus, STTE has swiftly designed and deployed a fun-educational immersive Augmented Reality (AR) and Social Media competition for students to participate remotely. The AR Challenge is open to all middle and high schools.People all over the world are taking measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus by working remotely. School, work, meetings, and events are shifting from a physical space to an online realm. The coronavirus is teaching the human race the power of virtual connections. STTE has been preparing El Paso youth by promoting STEAM education for students to learn coding and build AR/VR environments. STTE challenges EP middle and high school students to immerse into a fun, engaging and immersive video competition to learn the future of content.
