El Paso Electric Presents Grant to STTE Foundation
(El Paso, Texas) – September 17, 2019 – El Paso Electric (EPE), through its Community Partner Program, will present a sizable grant award to the Success Through Technology Education (STTE) Foundation to continue its advocacy of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) education in high schools throughout the borderplex region that will directly benefit students and educators. The check presentation ceremony will feature high school student-robotic competitors, as well as a special announcement on an upcoming unique VR (virtual reality) competition open to all high schools within EPE’s service territory.
WHAT: EPE Check Presentation Ceremony to STTE Foundation to support robotics and renewable energy programs. Partners will unveil how they plan to deploy STEAM educational programs.
