STTE Welcomes New Ventures Manager, Stephanie Schilling

February 5, 2024 – STTE Foundation, a leader in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, is thrilled to announce Stephanie Schilling’s appointment as the new STTE Ventures Manager. This strategic addition underscores STTE’s commitment to driving growth and excellence in the local startup community.

Stephanie Schilling, a distinguished professional pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration from Marywood University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the STTE team. Her background in nonprofit sector work, coupled with her expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, and event coordination, positions her ideally for leading STTE Ventures. As the former Vice-President of Development at the United Way of El Paso County, Stephanie has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex challenges and foster community growth.

In her new role, Stephanie will oversee the STTE Ventures program, guiding startups through a three-phase journey and ensuring they leverage the five foundational pillars: People, Place, Partners, Program, and Pitches. Her responsibilities will include program management, startup support, ecosystem collaboration, performance measurement, and exploring innovative approaches for growth and development. Stephanie’s proven track record in strategic planning and grantee/grantor relations, as well as her experience with Community Impact Fund allocations, will be invaluable in driving the success of STTE Ventures.
