Success Through Technology Education (STTE) Foundation Celebrates Stephanie Schilling’s Acceptance into the Elite Stanford LBAN Program

El Paso, TX — April 12, 2024 The Success Through Technology Education (STTE) Foundation is proud to announce the acceptance of Stephanie Schilling, our Ventures Manager, into the prestigious Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education-Scaling Program (SLEI-Ed), hosted by the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN). This recognition highlights Stephanie’s exemplary leadership within STTE and her potential to foster significant advancements in Latino entrepreneurship across the nation.

Armed with a rich educational background, including a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona and currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration from Marywood University, Stephanie stands as an instrumental leader of innovation and strategic foresight. Her distinguished tenure as Vice-President of Development at the United Way of El Paso County, combined with her extensive experience in nonprofit management, community engagement, and strategic planning, positions her as an ideal candidate for this transformative program.

Her commitment to innovation, coupled with her strategic approach to program management, startup support, and ecosystem collaboration, is instrumental in continuing to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Southwest.
